Exercise!  Yes!  Slim in 6 - Start it Up
I didn't want to jump back into exercise to fast coming off this cold, so I started with disc 1.

Amy's Ravioli - 380 cal
Tomatoes - 40 cal
Popcorn (mini bag) - 190 cal
carrot - 20 cal
Hersey's Bar w/ Almonds - 210 cal

Total: 1630 cal

Water: 115 oz (Ah!)
