Slim in 6

My exercise of choice at current: Slim in 6 with Debbie Siebers

I began working out with Slim in 6 last week.  The workouts were intermittent do to the holiday rush.  I am enjoying her first workout a lot.  The Start It Up workout is 30 min and gets you moving.  Definitely feeling it the next day.  So, this week is THE week.

Monday, December 27, 2010:
Slim in 6 - Start it Up
Eating for Monday: ATROCIOUS!
I started out with a banana...then...
(Lots of left over little chocolates lying around at work)
My dinner I took to work was sensible, but the sweet treats...they just called out to me!

Water: 60 oz
Tea: 12 oz

so we start anew on Tuesday.

Slim in 6 - Start it Up
Eats:
1 - Chocolate Shakeology  140 cal
1 - salad (prepared by my hubby, thank you babe!)  35 cal
1 - cucumbers (6 slices)  5 cal
1 - Cutie orange  30 cal
1 - Quaker peanut butter, chewy, granola bar  100 cal
1/2 avocado  150 cal
Hummus   50 cal
Ranch Dressing (2 Tbls)  140 cal
Almonds  400 cal
Kiwi  50 cal
Tuna Packet  250 cal
Total:  1350 cal
(Kinda low for today)

Water: 90 oz
Tea: 12 oz

  1. Hey! So glad we are doing this together, though I'm not doing Slim in 6. Hey, can't wait to see your results! I may have to borrow the program when you are done and you can borrow P90X.
